How To Register For Classes Bmcc

Recently, our applicants were sent an email with the following data about upcoming in-person registration events at The CUNY Eye in Harlem. Please see the details below.

Students and applicants can at present visit BMCC Admissions in person at The Cuny Center in Harlem for aid with enrollment for Autumn 2022.

I-on-one appointments with Admissions Specialists are available from July 7th through August 18th every Thursday and select Tuesdays from 12:30pm - 3:00pm.

Fiscal Aid information sessions are available on Tuesday, July 19th, and Tuesday, August ninth at 2:00pm.

At The CUNY Center in Harlem students can,

  • Complete applications
  • Drop off documents
  • Larn about resources and free support services such as bookish, financial ad, and career planning services.
  • Accept care of pending to-practise list items and holds on CUNYFirst

Please be advised that Spring 2022 degrees accept been awarded!

Graduates should be receiving email notifications to let them know that their degrees have been awarded. That email will also incorporate a link to the 'diploma survey' they need to complete (name and mailing address) in order for Registrar to send out their diploma through Parchment. In order for a educatee to be considered for summer aid, they must complete both the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 FAFSA Applications. The department will pull aid from the year in which they accept the nearly assistance.

Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) is offering two tuition waivers this summer that students may be eligible for, thePetrie Completion Waiver and theStem Waiver. To be eligible, they must be degree-seeking at BMCC. Both waivers embrace $210 per credit.Please note that only the tuition for the course will be waived and students  will exist responsible for all fees and materials, such as textbooks.

Below are details on the tuition waivers and additional eligibility requirements:

Petrie Completion Waiver:

Eligible students who have three (3) or fewer courses left to complete their associate degree requirements and enroll in courses that count toward completion of their listed BMCC degree will exist able to receive one (1) tuition waiver for classes that brainstorm on May 31 and/or ane (1) tuition waiver for classes that brainstorm on July 20.

Stalk Waiver :

To qualify for a tuition waiver, students must register for the Summer 2022 course(s) no subsequently than the priority borderline of May ane for classes that begin on May 31 and June 15 for classes that begin on July 20. As funding is limited, waivers volition be given on a first-come, first-served funds-availability basis. If they are granted a summertime tuition waiver, they volition receive a notification to their BMCC e-mail address past the calendar week of May 16 for the first summer sessions and past the week of July 4 for the 2d summertime session. BMCC will be hosting its beginning in-person Open up Firm since 2019 onSat, June 25, 2022. The theme of this Summer Open up Firm is, destination BMCC. We are conveying over a theme that has worked well years prior in heady and engaging prospective students.

There will be a new ARPA Grant sent to students this jump. The funds will exist disbursed to student accounts on 5/18 only will be refunded to students five/25.
